Need some advice on loans and cashing out IRA
i am unemployed and have been for a few months. I am looking for a job still, but now my lease is up & my boyfriend and i are moving to a new apt. in a few short weeks. I need to come up with around ,500.00 FAST. even if i land a job tomorrow i probably won’t earn enough $ in time.
SO….. i have an IRRA (i rolled over my 401k from a previous employer into the irra) that i can take an early withdrawal from but there is a 10% penalty on top of the 20% taxes they take out when you withdraw early. Do i have any other options? Is there a bank loan i can get being unemployed, or some other way i can handle this? can i maybe get a loan using my car as collateral or something like that? I have no idea what to do, i’ve never been in this type of situation and am DESPERATE for advice. thank you in advance to anyone willing to share some ideas with me 
I anticipate a layoff within a few months. Does anybody know how much unemployment pays if I cannot find a new job right away? Also, is there any private layoff insurance available to supplement it?

Will being unemployed for that long affect my taxes at all? Meaning, will my refund or the amount I owe be much different than other years? I usually get a little back, or just break even each year.
I didn’t receive unemployment benefits. I simply moved and took some time off before job hunting/finding a job. I received no income at all during those three months.

So, I need a one time/short term loan, but am unemployed (was receiving unemployment from the state), have terrible credit, and my only asset is my paid-for auto (2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse). I need less than 00 (probably 0/675) and I need it today. I’m from a very good family that will likely cosign or whatever but I can not borrow the money from them. And I don’t know what to do!!! My credit score is not good enough for even Prosper.com, and I do not believe all these websites that say "We guarantee you money if you send us a .95 fee." I need to catch up a few bills that fell behind because of my husband being unemployed for a couple of months. The problem is, our credit got so crappy because of his unemployment, we accumulated three judgements and collections against us. I do not want anymore judgements because of the stupid payday loans draining our cash. Any other suggestions besides Prosper, payday loans, and those numerous search websites that I have already been to would be great Please do not post something sarcastic just because you are fortunate enough not to have money issues. Unless you know the situation, you really can’t judge someone else.

I am a full-time struggling college student going on her 2nd year.I am employed, but I don’t make enough sometimes to pay my bills. My father helps me out when he can, and my mother is unemployed, so mostly I take care of myself. I am in desparate need for money right now, and I seem to have no other options. I know that payday loans are also not good to have, my father told me to never get one but I was desparate for money. I do recieve financial aid, which I will be getting in about 2 weeks, and I do have 2 other roomates, I just need to pay my half of the rent.I always paid my bills on time, I just got caught up with these paydays loans, they took all my money.Once I get my fianancial aid, I’m going to pay them off, and never deal with them again. I can’t move back home because both of my parents lives out of state from me. I really appreciate all of the advice people are giving me..any more suggestions will be helpful!

Like it says in the question….
I worked 7 months at a company making cash.
They were not selling and laid me off.
I was their receptionist.
But I got paid cash.
This is so unfair as I have been looking 2 months for a job.
I even lost weight because my mom never buys food and I can’t afford to eat.
Its that bad.
I have an associate degree with loans.
They are going to go into default if I can’t pay.
It just doesn’t seem fair.
I need my Bachelor degree.
I have no money.
So obviously I CANNOT get unemployment.
Should I report company to the BBB?
Or would I screw myself of having to pay more money?
I have had it!
